What is the Cusco Tourist Ticket?

It is a strictly personal document, so it cannot be transferable. In addition, it is valid for use for entry to museums, monuments and archaeological parks. All the sites that can be visited are managed by the Ministry of Culture of Cusco, so all the destinations are within the Cusco region. The Cusco Tourist Ticket has different prices. They are divided into foreign tourists and national or Peruvian tourists. Likewise, this division has one more, it is the general BTC, which is for the general public. And the student BTC that is valid for university students who present the way to validate it by presenting an ISIC card.

  • In the case of the Cusco Tourist Ticket – Students, it applies to people between 10 and 17 years old, presenting an identity document.
  • While students from 18 to 25 must present their current ISIC student card.
  • Admission is free for children up to 9 years of age.

As we saw, it has different circuits that can be divided into three tickets. All of them are carried out in the open field, therefore, it will be necessary that you always have a cap or hat on to take the corresponding skin care.   • Keep in mind that BTC can only be used once at each tourist attraction.

    No, the purchase is strictly in person. At the Central Counter of Tourist Galleries – Av. El Sol 103 and at destinations throughout the circuit.

  • Where to buy the Cusco Tourist Ticket?

    BTC can only be purchased at Av. El sol 103 Galerías Turísticas. During Mondays and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. And in the places included in the Tourist Ticket (with the exception of the Pachacutec Monument and the Museum of Contemporary Art).

  • Does the Cusco Tourist Ticket include mobility and guide?

    No. The ticket only grants entry to the places indicated on the circuit. In addition, it is valid to use it.

    There are 16 destinations and they can be visited in 3 days.
