What are the admission hours?

Each entrance ticket to Machu Picchu offers different entry times:

Machupicchu Ticket Only:

  • 1st. Hours: from 6 am.
  • 2nd. Hours: from 7 am.
  • 3rd. Hours: from 8 am.
  • 4th. Hours: from 9 am.
  • 5th. Hours: from 10 am.
  • 6th. Hours: from 11 am.
  • 7th. Hours: from 12 pm.
  • 8th. Hours: from 1 pm.
  • 9th. Hours: from 2 pm.

Boleto Machu Picchu con Huayna Picchu:

  • 1st. Schedule: to Machupicchu from 6 am / to Huaynapicchu between 7 am and 8 am.
  • 2nd. Schedule: to Machupicchu from 7 am / to Huaynapicchu between 7 am and 8 am.
  • 3rd. Schedule: to Machupicchu from 8 am / to Huaynapicchu between 10:30 am and 11:30 am.

Machu Picchu ticket with Machu Picchu mountain:

  • 1st. Schedule: to Machupicchu from 6 am / to Huaynapicchu between 7 am and 8 am.
  • 2nd. Schedule: to Machupicchu from 7 am / to Huaynapicchu between 7 am and 8 am.
  • 3rd. Schedule: to Machupicchu from 8 am / to Huaynapicchu between 10:30 am and 11:30 am.

Tourists cannot enter Machu Picchu before the time established on their ticket. The ‘Machupicchu Solo’ ticket allows a maximum of 4 hours of visit. The ‘Machupicchu with Huayna Picchu’ ticket allows a maximum of 7 hours of visit. The ‘Machupicchu with Mountain’ ticket allows a maximum of 8 hours of visit.
